The questions we hear before someone books their first trailer or piece of equipment with us.

Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?

Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.

Do you offer multi-day booking?

We offer 1 day, multi-day and multi-week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation ahead of your scheduled pick-up time. Please refer to our cancellation policy for the full details.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.

Are there any age requirements for renting a trailer?

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, we place a temporary hold on your card. The amount varies depending on the trailer type and is displayed at checkout before payment is collected.
